It’s Saturday at Incendia and that mean that all the WODs are a SURPRISE! Bring a friend to the 9am CrossFit 101 Class and receive an entry for a FREE Incendia shirt. You’ll be rockin’ the orange on us. Here’s tomorrow’s line up:

Once we close for the day, join us for the Kids@Core Fundraiser at CrossFit Core. Brian and Lisa will be WODing in support of this important program. Hope to see you there!
