Happy Birthday Sal S!

Tomorrow is REST DAY. Many of you have been hitting up our extra classes on Thursday, including the Burners. That class is getting popular, isn’t it?! If you want a better time in your running WODs, that would be the class to hit. It’s totally scaleable and open to all levels.
