It’s Saturday @ Incendia! Join us for the best way to kick off your weekend with fitness and fun in North Peoria. Don’t forget: our 9am CrossFit 101 Class is totally FREE, open to the community and appropriate for all skill levels. We won’t be slamming barbells around during this class. Promise. The intimidation factor is zero. It’s a great way to check out CrossFit and CrossFit Incendia. Don’t you want to know what all the buzz is about?!
