Calling all Northwest Valley Moms! Join us on Sunday, May 8th at 10am as we celebrate Y O U!

We’re offering a FREE CrossFit 101 Workout OR a Free Yoga Class at 10am on Mother’s Day to all moms. That’s right, you can choose to re-energize with CrossFit 101 or restore with yoga. We even provide supervised KidCare so you can have an hour of “me-time” on your special day. Just arrive about 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver and we’ll get you right into class.

Get a great workout, meet some new friends and do something for yourself on Mother’s Day.
