Run 200m

*Rest :60 after each round. Every round should be for max effort.

CrossFit 101
WOD 1) Run 800m for time

WOD 2) 4 Rounds for total reps, each round is 2 minutes
30 Wall Balls
Max rep box jumps in remaining time
*1 minute rest between rounds 2 and 3
