CrossFit and CrossFit 101

*Wear a vest if you have one. The WOD will be scaled and partitioned as necessary so that everyone can participate.

CrossFit and CrossFit 101 combined classes will be held only at 8am, 9am and 10am today. We will have special guests during the 8am class. Please come at this time if you can….you may just see yourself on TV:)
