Dumb Deads
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts + 10 Dumbbell Squats
*Use the same two dumbbells for both movements. For the squats, hold the DB’s on your shoulders. Scale to find a weight you can perform both movements unbroken for at least 5 minutes.
