Happy Birthday, Heather E!

CrossFit Incendia is closed today for the Honoring our Heroes WOD Crawl. The competition will begin promptly at 1pm and go until 3pm at CrossFit Incendia. We will host a post-WOD BBQ for anyone interested. Come by and check out the competition, make a donation to the 100 Club, or just hang out. We do this in honor of our brothers, Daryl Raetz and Brad Harper.

If you are looking for a WOD to do outside of the gym, we’ve got a 5K Run on the books!
