Try some Active Recovery with The Burners Running/Endurance Club at 7 am or CrossFit Yoga at 9 am. Or, come to Open Gym from 3:30-6:30pm to make up a WOD, work on skills, or get 13.4 dunzo. Whatever you do, enjoy your day!
