CROSSFIT 101
Conditioning: 4 Rounds for reps
*Teams of three
1 Minute – Assault Bike for Calories
1 Minute – Row for Calories
1 Minute – Burpees
*One athlete on bike, one athlete on rower, and one athlete performing burpees. After 1 minute athletes will rotate. On minute four everyone will rest together. Score total reps for each round. Teams can choose to keep athletes in the same order each round or change it up!
