10 Min AMRAP:
10 Hang Squat Snatches (75/55)
Front Squat (5 x 3)
Building across all sets to heavy set of 3
CrossFit Games Open 12.1 (AMRAP – Reps)
7-Minute AMRAP of:
Burpees to a 6″ target
Snatch Pull (3X3)
Push Press (3X4)
One partner holds weight plate above head while other partner lunges.
Switch as needed. If the weight plate touches the ground there is a 5 burpee penalty.
The workout is done when 200 lunges are accumulated.
