Are you guys ready for Rest Day or what? If you don’t want to “just rest,” we have stuff for you to do – including yoga at TWO times tomorrow!
- 7am – The Burners Running and Endurance Club
- 9am – CrossFit Yoga
- 10am to Noon – Open Gym
- 3:30pm to 6:30pm – Open Gym
- 3:30pm – CrossFit Prep
- 4:30pm – Student Athlete
- 5:30pm – CROSSFIT KIDS IS CANCELLED!
- 6:30pm – CrossFit Yoga
