Tomorrow is Rest Day, but we’ve got a full day of stuff for you to do:

  • 7am – The Burners is CANCELLED
  • 9am – CrossFit Yoga
  • 10am to Noon – Open Gym
  • 3:30pm to 6:30pm – Open Gym
  • 3:30pm – CrossFit Prep
  • 4:30pm – Student Athlete (ages 14-18)
  • 5:30pm – CrossFit Kids Explorers (ages 3-5)
  • 5:50pm – CrossFit Kids Young Heroes (ages 6-13)
  • 6:30pm – Olympic Lifting
