Join Us for the Sixth Annual Incendia HalloWOD

Join us for an all-new, updated version of HalloWOD tomorrow! EVERYONE can complete these movements (in costume, of course) and get a great workout. Trust us….no barbells are involved 

WOD in costume tomorrow and our favorite will WOD for FREE in November. Since this is a Partner WOD, bonus points will be given to those teams of two who coordinate their costumes 

In case you haven’t had a chance to check the schedule, we’d like to remind you that we will be closing the gym at 7pm and supervised KidCare will only be provided during the 9am Class, so that our team can enjoy some time with their families. There will only be one WOD for tomorrow so you can come during any of our class times to get your fitness on
