Hotshots 19 WOD

On Saturday, August 30th, many of your coaches and fellow athletes will be heading to Captain CrossFit to pay tribute to the 19 members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots who tragically lost their lives fighting fire on Yarnell Hill on June 30, 2013. As a firefighter-owned gym, naturally many of our coaches and members are firefighters and fire-families. We look forward to this event every year so we can remember and pay respects to those men that died that day.

We want to give everyone the opportunity to take part in this important day, even if you can’t travel to Prescott. We’ll be doing the Hotshots 19 WOD for CrossFit athletes three times on Saturday, August 30th: 6am, 7am, and 8am. Please join us for one of these times, even if you aren’t an Incendian. We’re going early because it’s a rough one and it will be hot. We’ll do a scaled version in the FREE CrossFit 101 Class at 9am. Incendia KidCare will be available at 8am and 9am.
