Its Saturday @ Incendia and probably one of the best days of the week. All WODs are Coach’s Choice so come prepared for anything! Don’t forget, we’ve got staffed child care from 9am to 10am so enjoy CrossFit Endurance or bring a friend to check out the CrossFit 101 Class. Saturday’s Line Up:
