Happy Birthday Jordan G!

Don’t forget all classes today are MIXED-LEVEL (CrossFit/CrossFit 101/Teens) and we’ve added a few class times. No Prep/Kids/Teens Classes today. New Year’s Eve Classes will be held at 5:30a/6:30a/8a/9a/10a/12p/1p. The gym will close at 2pm and will re-open for Open Gym on Wednesday, January 1st from 11a-1p.

WOD: For Reps

A. Against a 15-minute running clock:
Run 1 mile as quickly as possible
in the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

B. Against a 15-minute running clock:
Run 1 mile as quickly as possible
in the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Double-Unders
(if you trip the rope in the first 20 DUs, you may perform one more attempt)

C. Against a 15-minute running clock:
Run 1 mile as quickly as possible
in the remaining time, take one attempt to establish a single set of unbroken Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
