It’s Saturday @ Incendia and it could very well be the best day of the week around here! All the WODs are a surprise and completely up to your coach. You could have a partner WOD or it could be a benchmark WOD or it could be Flight Simulator….you never know what you’re going to get, so come prepared for anything. What a great way to meet the rest of the community in the combined classes.
