Happy REST DAY! If you’re not in the mood for a Rest, come check out all that we offer on Thursdays. You can make up a WOD or sharpen a skill during our two Open Gym times, learn some new lifts in CrossFit Prep, get your run on with The Burners, or bring the kids in for some fitness with CrossFit Kids/CrossFit Teens.

  • 7am – The Burners
  • 10am to Noon – Open Gym
  • 3:30pm – CrossFit Prep
  • 3:30pm to 6:30pm – Open Gym
  • 4:30pm – CrossFit Kids
  • 4:30pm – CrossFit Teens
  • 5:30pm – The Burners

Burners WOD:
8 rounds
200m run

  • sled push the first 100m (90#/45#) then
  • sprint back the last 100m

10 DUs
