Conditioning: For Time
Against a 2 Min Clock
Run 400m
Max Reps Clean and Jerk 135/95
*Rest 2 minutes and repeat until 30 Clean and Jerks have been completed.
*The 400m should be a ‘sprint’ not a jog.
*If you do not have about 30 seconds to complete clean and jerks after the run – scale down the distace to 300m or 200m.
*Time Cap 30 Min.
