We have some exciting announcements to make for the New Year and we think you are going to like them. We think you’re going to like them….a lot!

First, we have expanded the CrossFit 101 Program and classes will be offered SIX TIMES PER WEEK! Our recommendation is that you attend three to five CrossFit 101 Classes per week. We’ve added in the extra days so that you can boost your training, while enjoying the flexibility of choosing your three to five training days from a daily schedule. CrossFit 101 WODs will continue to be programmed following the CrossFit Prescription of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements with the goal of increasing your conditioning level and fitness skills with an intense cardiovascular workout.  Best of all, there is no additional charge to you for the increased classes!

Second, we have re-named and expanded our Endurance program. CrossFit Incendia Endurance (formerly known as The Burners) will now be held on Tuesdays at 4:30pm, Thursdays at 6:00am and Thursdays at 5:30pm. We are actively testing a Saturday class now. Saturdays will become permanent if there is enough demand. CrossFit Incendia Endurance is free to all Incendia Members. Best of all, free child care is provided during the Tuesday and Thursday afternoon Endurance classes.

Third, after testing a change with the CrossFit Prep for the past two months, we have decided that the previous program worked better to prepare athletes for advanced CrossFit classes and will return to the prior programming style. We will be going back to a Tuesday OR Thursday plus Saturday schedule. The expectation is that athletes attend  one to two classes per week. A rolling schedule will be utilized to ensure flexibility and repetition of lifts/skills to ensure athlete mastery. We don’t want you to go to CrossFit unprepared! Remember, this is not a traditional “on-ramp” program. Athletes progress at their own pace and will be moved-up to CrossFit only after demonstrating knowledge of CrossFit lifts and skills.

Finally, the Student Athlete program will now be known as CrossFit Teens. You will see some exciting changes with this program in the coming months and we focus on this class in 2014. Stay tuned!

All changes begin on January 2, 2014. Remember, there are no sign up fees or contracts at CrossFit Incendia. We offer discounts to Military, Law Enforcement, First Responders, Teachers, College Students and Families. We also have a generous referral program where you can earn free months. You can try any CrossFit 101 Class on the Schedule for FREE. You just have to make the decision to walk through the door and we’ll take it from there.
