Are you ready for Saturday @ Incendia? Join us for the best day of the week. The FREE CrossFit 101 Class is at 9am and open to ALL LEVELS. Come see what this CrossFit thing is all about or why Incendia is the place to be on a Saturday morning. We provide babysitting for the 9am and 10am classes so you can WOD worry-free while your littles are well-cared for.
