Are you ready for Saturday @ CrossFit Incendia? It’s the best day of the week! All the WODs are a SURPRISE, so come prepared for anything. Don’t forget about our CrossFit 101/FREE class at 9am. This is a great time to try Incendia for the first time or bring a friend to show them all about your new obsession.
