Happy Birthday Alexis A!

It’s Saturday @ Incendia and that means that all the WODs are a surprise. It’s a perfect way to end “Secret Week.” Come prepared for anything and bring a friend. The 9am CrossFit 101 Class is always FREE and a great opportunity to see what this CrossFit thing is all about. We’ve also got some special events happening this weekend that you’ll want to hit up!
