Partner B does AMRAP Hang Power Cleans + Jerks until partner A returns.

SWEAT (35/20 Dumbbells)

Partner A Runs 400m
Partner B does AMRAP Back Squats from the floor until partner A returns.
CrossFit (135/95 Barbell)
SWEAT (Empty Barbell)

SECTION 3
Partner A Runs 400m
Partner B does AMRAP Double Unders until partner A returns.

SECTION 4
Partner A runs 400m
Partner B does AMRAP Burpees until partner A returns.

The section ends when partner B runs in the door.
For each section, partners will run ONCE and complete reps ONCE.
