Hello and Welcome to Festivus Games @ CrossFit Incendia!

This is the second year we’ve hosted this fun event and it truly is one of our favorites because it’s geared to novice and intermediate athletes. We keep it low pressure, supportive and laid back because we know that it is the first competition for many of you. Our goal is to ensure that you have a great experience your first time so that you continue to compete in this sport we love so much! Forty eight athletes from seven different gyms are taking part in the competition here at Incendia, but it’s also a worldwide competition with 5000-8000 athletes who be will competing alongside you on the same day. That’s pretty cool, isn’t it?!

We have attached the Heat Assignments with your approximate WOD times.

Here’s a quick timeline for your day:

•Check in begins at 8:00am.
•The Judges Meeting will be held at 8:30am.
•The mandatory Athlete Standards Briefing will be held at 8:45am.
•The first heat kicks off at 9:00am sharp.
•WODs run from 9:00am to 1:30pm, with a Final at approximately 1:45pm.

Some important information to make your day run a little smoother:

•We are located in the Arrowhead Business Park on 78th Ave, south of Deer Valley. Look for the CrossFit Incendia Flag to help direct your way.
•We will not take a break for lunch, but you should have time to eat between heats.
•You are welcome to bring food and use our kitchen to heat up or prepare your meals.
•We have a water fountain and do keep an assortment of beverages, protein bars and fruit for sale. Bring some cash for incidental purchases.
•You are welcome to bring tents and chairs. You can set up in our back yards or under the shade structure, directly south of our building.
•Our KidCare room will not be staffed or available for competitor/spectator use. If you bring your children with you, we ask that you keep an eye on them to ensure their safety at all times.
