CrossFit Incendia is closed this weekend for the CrossFit Endurance Trainer Certification. No worries, you can still get your WOD on. Join Coach Holland, Coach Adriane and Coach DD at the Peoria City Park in Fletcher Heights (81st Ave/Lone Cactus) at 9am. All levels are welcome from the beginner to the experienced and your friends can join in. Who knows, Saturday Park WODs may become our new thing now that the weather is getting much nicer….
