Are you guys ready for Rest Day or what? If you don’t want to “just rest,” we have stuff for you to do – including yoga at TWO times tomorrow!

  • 7am – The Burners Running and Endurance Club
  • 9am – CrossFit Yoga
  • 10am to Noon – Open Gym
  • 3:30pm to 6:30pm – Open Gym
  • 3:30pm – CrossFit Prep
  • 4:30pm – Student Athlete
  • 5:30pm – CROSSFIT KIDS IS CANCELLED!
  • 6:30pm – CrossFit Yoga
