Summer Conditioning and Strength Training

Athletes 12u to 16u

Our Youth Summer Program focuses on strength and conditioning, leadership and communication, and building GRIT. CrossFit Incendia has a 6000 square foot training facility which allows for a clean, safe environment for our athletes to train. Our coaches will be teaching safe lifting techniques, essential speed and agility training, and nutrition basics. This Summer Program is focused on teaching our Junior Athletes how important fitness and overall health is to their game, but also to their LIFE. Learning the essentials of strength training is key in helping young athletes build injury resiliency as they improve joint flexibility, tendon strength and core strength.

It is KEY to keep our young athletes active and challenged during the summer months. Our Junior Athletes Program is the perfect balance of high energy programing in a fun environment, with other athletes who want to push themselves to be better. If we have learned anything from the last few years, it is that the foundation of fitness and health MUST be an essential part of our everyday lives. Our kids must start to take ownership of their health, and instilling healthy, total body strength at a young age will benefit them for a lifetime.

When:

June Session: June 7th thru June 30th
July Session: July 5th thru July 28th
10:45am to 12:15pm (Tuesday – Thursday)

$150 per session (8 classes per session)
