Incendia Yoga classes help CrossFitters grow stronger mentally and physically, leading to better performance results, faster recovery and safer movements. Incendia’s Yoga classes are great for all athletes – from those that have never stepped onto a yoga mat to the experienced yogi. We welcome everyone with open arms. Classes meet on Tuesdays at 7pm and Thursdays at 8am.
